Your Wedding in Detail

It is important that I talk to both of you. I firmly believe that the both of you need to get a good, first impression of me; only then can you make the right decision. 
The wedding speaker plays a vital role in your ceremony and I would want you to be happy with your choice. 

If you decide to hire me as your wedding speaker, we'll set up a second appointment. This should take place around 3 months prior to your wedding day. If you live in Germany or come to visit, we should meet in person. Otherwise, we'll use modern technology to meet ;)


At this second meeting, we will speak about your guests, YOU as individuals and YOU, as a couple. We will plan your ceremony in all detail. 

This second meeting will take between 3 to 5 hours. 

Then, I will write your personal wedding speech. 

I will not meet you again until your wedding day, about 45 minutes before the ceremony begins. 

On your wedding day, I will arrive about 45 minutes ahead of time to prepare the ceremony. I will talk to your best man and maid of honor, to your wedding planner/musicians/photographer.. (whatever is applicable).

I will likely need a microphone and a sound system that is compatible with the room acoustics of the location. That is all :)

After the ceremony I will leave you and your guests to spend an unforgettable day and evening. 

The  speech at your wedding is a team effort including you and me.

Approximately 3 months before your wedding day, we will meet for several hours to talk .

We will either meet in a private environment or use modern technology to speak about your guests, you as individuals and you as a couple. And of course, we'll talk about what your wedding means to both of you.

Based on all the information, I will write your individual wedding speech.
